LERADO OVERVIEW
Lerado Financial Group Company Limited (Stock Code: 1225.HK) is a company providing financial services including securities broking, margin financing and money lending, health care products like mobility aid and other health care equipment, and manufacturing and distributing plastic toys.
Beside of health care Business, on July 2, 2015, the Group acquired Yim Cheong Securities Limited (“Yim Cheong”) to carry out financial business. Yim Cheong is a company incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability and has the Stock Exchange Trading Right and license to carry out Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) regulated activities. It is principally engaged in securities brokerage business and also intends to be engaged in margin financing business. Later, it was renamed BlackMarble Securities Limited.
The Group commenced the money lending business in Hong Kong through a wholly-owned subsidiary, BlackMarble Capital Limited (“BlackMarble Capital”). BlackMarble Capital is a licensed money lender in Hong Kong under the Money Lenders Ordinance (Chapter 163 of Laws of Hong Kong).
The Group also launched a new generation of internet financial platform (“Qianneizhu”). Qianneizhu is to provide customers with safe and secure, steady income, wealth management internet platform.
